These Terms of Service govern your use of pawandbyte.myshopify.com and your purchases from PawAndByte. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products. PawAndByte sells custom faceplates, lids, and related accessories for game consoles, along with custom pet products and artwork. Products are printed to order in Chicago, Illinois. Product photos are representative; minor variations in color and finish can occur in printed items.

2. Orders and payment. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or pricing is in error. Payment is collected at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site.

3. Custom artwork. If you provide artwork, photos, or other material for a custom product, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant PawAndByte permission to use it to produce your order.

4. Shipping. Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Production time applies before shipment because products are made to order.

5. Refunds and replacements. All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before ordering.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose and not to interfere with the operation of the site.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawAndByte is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
