Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every PawAndByte product is made to order, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged items. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date at outreach@startselectink.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Each request is reviewed individually, and when damage is confirmed a replacement may be issued at our discretion. Replacement eligibility is not guaranteed, and no refund will be issued for the original order.

If a replacement is approved, the replacement item will be produced and shipped to the original delivery address at no additional cost.
